Welcome to Our School
Mountainview Elementary School is a transitional kindergarten (TK) through sixth-grade school in the Saugus Union School District located in Saugus, California. It is one of 15 elementary schools in the district and serves approximately 850 students. Mountainview is honored to be a 2016 Gold Ribbon School, a National Blue Ribbon School, a three-time California Distinguished School, and a California PBIS Coalition Gold winning school.

Welcome to Mountainview! We are honored to be an elementary school that focuses on rigorous academics and civic learning. Mountainview students develop knowledge, skills, and commitments to interact effectively with their community and become our future leaders.
The programs we have developed and implemented at Mountainview are among the best in the state. From Student Service and Student Valet to our inclusion programs of Peer Mentoring and Circle of Friends, our students learn the importance and value of providing service to others.
